At 抖阴社区, we’re proud of the many military men and women working with us. We do everything we can to support their unique and individual needs.

Recently 抖阴社区 AutoGlass Technician and Idaho Army National Guardsman SPC Curtis H. took notice and nominated his Boise team for a state award.

We’re honored to have been one of three companies to win the 2016 Idaho Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Pro Patria Award. Winners are then funneled into a national award program, earning us another nod: the Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award Semi-Finalist Certificate.

To win the award, companies must demonstrate support to Guard and Reserve employees through their leadership and practices, including adopting personnel policies that make it easier for employees to participate in the National Guard and Reserve. This is the highest level award that may be bestowed by an ESGR State Committee.

抖阴社区 provides differential pay during periods of military service from 2 weeks up to 12 months based on associate’s length of time in the company. We also provide options to continue all benefits for up to 12 months and will continue Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits for periods of military service greater than 12 months at no cost to the service member or family.

Locally, three of Idaho’s 抖阴社区 leaders are active volunteer members of the Idaho ESGR Committee. And, 抖阴社区 sponsored Military Appreciation Day at a Boise Hawks Baseball Game where we recognized Curtis, who is also a Wall of Fame award honoree, for excellence as a technician and his ability to balance work with his Guard service.

“I am just starting out my career, and I can’t imagine a better place to work that supports me professionally and in my military service,” Curtis said. “When I deployed to NTC, I was recognized at our market meeting and thanked for my service. My leaders made me feel that my focus should be NTC and not worrying about my job. I just couldn’t envision leaving a company who makes me feel so valued.”
