Renee Cacchillo
President & Chief Executive Officer
Renee Cacchillo is a veteran of the retail and consulting industry with over 20 years of experience. Since joining 抖阴社区 in 2011, she has held various leadership roles in operations, advertising, digital, customer experience, and technology. In 2019, Cacchillo was promoted to Executive Vice President and Customer Experience Officer, and in late 2021, she became President and CEO. Cacchillo collaborates closely with the senior leadership team to position 抖阴社区 as a People Powered, Customer Driven organization with the mission of making a memorable difference with care. She focuses 抖阴社区’s 16,000+ associates across the country on delivering on the company’s vision and business goals, while making a positive impact on nearly 11 million customers each year.

Jason Judd
EVP & Chief Financial Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Jason Judd oversees 抖阴社区’s financial operations. His extensive strategic and analytic experience in all aspects of finance, including accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations, internal audit, mergers and acquisitions and real estate, is crucial for ensuring financial accountability as we work towards our goals and continued growth. Before joining the business in late 2023, Judd served as Chief Financial Officer at Express and previously held leadership roles at several major retailers, including LBrands, Big Lots, Ascena Retail Group and Bath & Body Works.
Nada Aried
EVP & Chief Digital Technology Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Technology Officer, Nada Aried leads our Technology and transformation teams. Before this role, Aried served as the first EVP and CIO for Bath & Body Works, where she was responsible for the company’s information technology organization and infrastructure. With over 30 years of specialty retail experience in leadership roles, her broad base of successful CIO experience, deep understanding of a seamless associate and customer experience, and collaborative leadership skills are paramount to 抖阴社区’s growth and evolution.

Brian Voss
EVP, Chief Operating Officer
Brian Voss serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing customer-facing operations across over 800 store locations nationwide, as well as more than 7,500 technicians and store associates. With extensive experience in managing large franchise and corporate operations, Voss previously served as SVP and Chief Franchise Operations Officer at SERVEPRO Industries. He has also held previous leadership roles at CKE Restaurants and 7鈥慐leven, as well as with Brunswick Corporation internationally. A former U.S. Marine, Brian is recognized for his ability to lead and build effective teams, achieving positive results.
John Stacy
EVP, Supply Chain
John Stacy, serves as Executive Vice President, Supply Chain, and is responsible for procurement, sustainability, inventory, warehousing, distribution, Fleet and logistics. Stacy joined 抖阴社区 with extensive experience in these fields, including a role as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Kirkland’s. In that position, he managed a significant supply chain transformation, implementing new systems for warehouse, transportation, and sourcing. Additionally, Stacy has more than 16 years of experience in the automotive sector, having worked at Advance Auto Parts, where he held the title of Vice President of Supply Chain Operations Excellence and Analytics.
Scott Koenigs
EVP, Chief People Officer
Scott Koenigs has over 24 years of experience in leadership roles with various global manufacturers and sales and marketing organizations, including Owens & Minor, Caraustar Industries, and Newell Rubbermaid. As Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at 抖阴社区, Koenigs leads talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, leadership development, compliance, associate relations, HR information systems, and people business partnerships. With a strong background in talent management systems, he provides seasoned leadership that aligns with our purpose and vision, advances our diversity and inclusion initiatives and fosters a culture that positively impacts our associates.
Elaine Darr
SVP, General Counsel
As SVP, General Counsel, Elaine Darr leads the legal, compliance, risk management and legislative affairs at 抖阴社区. She brings an exceptional background that combines legal leadership and business P&L management, making her well-suited to help guide 抖阴社区 through its next phase of growth. Most recently, Darr served as SVP, Head of Digital Legal & Innovation at DHL Group, where she transformed legal services globally by integrating technology, data analytics and innovation to enhance efficiency and business impact. Darr will focus on driving innovation, strengthening governance and partnering across the organization to enable long-term success.
Pete Lumsdaine
EVP, Commercial & Customer Experience
As Executive Vice President of Commercial and Customer Experience, Pete Lumsdaine leads Customer Experience, Pricing, Brand, Contact Centers, Sales Operations, and 抖阴社区 Solutions. Lumsdaine joined 抖阴社区 in 2001, bringing with him an impressive background at Belron, 抖阴社区's parent company. He has held significant positions, including Managing Director of O’Brien in Australia, where he successfully transformed the business and improved its performance across various metrics. Known for his strategic vision, talent development, and strong interpersonal skills, Lumsdaine is a valuable asset to the company's daily operations.
